Orel Misan 877bafdaaa Virt, DPDK cluster config: Update Perf Profile 
Update the PerformanceProfile required when using
DPDK VMs to have `globallyDisableIrqLoadBalancing` enabled.
When this setting is enabled, the packet losses decreases.
