Currently, the DPDK checkup image name is referring to an internal registry.
Update the image name to refer to the public registry.

aaf88ae9a3 virt: Fix VM latency checkup's image name 
Currently, the VM latency checkup's image name lacks the `-rhel9` suffix,
and thus cannot be pulled.
Add the required suffix.
