Michael Armijo 7fe8cd4acc kola/azure: correct default vm size ...

I mistakenly thought that Standard_D2_v3 was compatible with
Hyper-V Gen2, but this is incorrect. Instead, let's use Standard_D2s_v3
which does support Gen2.
