This one has a History...I think when I made bootc I copied
some of the "raw project structure" from a different Rust
project...maybe one of these:

There's nothing copyrightable by the openat developers here;
switch to a "standard" copy of LICENSE-MIT from
https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/blob/master/LICENSE-MIT

(BTW notice also 2a8807e889
 which dropped the copyright)
