f95bb160e8 migrate.sh: mount on /run for gotar 
On the current F23 docker, mounting to /dev/shm does not work. Change it
to /run for now.

652b529119 migrate.sh: more reliably get docker pid 
Get the docker pid from systemd instead of grepping ps output, which can
match other processes (e.g. docker clients).

139ccba3d3 export/import: don't hardcode paths 
We can't hardcode paths to /usr/libexec/atomic because we need the tests
to work without having to install atomic. We use an env var instead
which the test harness then overrides.
