Fixes https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1944001 Attempt to address some comments from 1949827 as well: * Sample machine config file. * Ensure systemctl daemon-reload is run after the customer-provided script creates the 98-nodenet-override.conf file. * `/usr/local` is a link to a directory that is supported by the MCO for adding files.
