Max Bridges ac8d7a045a OSDOCS-6989: Add ShiftStack to CPMS docs ...

This commit continues work started in GH-64454.

In it, ShiftStack is reflected in CPMS docs by
editing existing general content, as well as adding new modules
for RHOSP as a platform.
