e1df7cc04f Add provider network incompatibility warning to all OSP installation assemblies 
This commit adds a statement to all OSP installation assemblies that warns
readers that OCP on OSP does not currently support provider networks.

Resolves GH-28556.

8bf081ca59 Add prerequisite to enable ImageStream for must-gather image on restricted network 
If the mirror registry is configured with trusted CA, it needs to add it to the image CA bundle in order to use the image through ImageStream.
