6ab937b36f BZ1867750: Replace the command to shut down nodes 
The existing command "ssh core@$node sudo shutdown -h 1"
doesn't actually shut down all the nodes. It Cannot use provided list of
nodes as ssh array. This commit fixes the command to shutdown all the
nodes properly.

90a63b0064 BZ1926142: Add clarity for machine requirements 
In "Minimum resource requirements" table it's mentioned that compute
nodes can use both RHCOS or RHEL 7.9.
This commit fixes the contradiction between the table and the sentence
in the "Required machines" section.
