5c66b4b1bf Remove mentions of trunkSupport and octaviaSupport 
The aforementioned options are autodetected by the installer and are not
supposed to be set by the user. Their presence in the example of
OpenStack's `install-config.yaml` sparks confusion as setting them does
not change how the installer behaves, especially setting `trunkSupport`
to `0` or `false` does not disable adding trunk ports to OpenShift VMs.

9ca12c488b OSP: instruct users to uncompress the artifact 
We've received multiple reports from users who did not uncompress the
OpenStack artifact before trying to use it in their cluster.  Let's
explicitly instruct them to uncompress the artifact before having them
try to use it in a cluster.
