This new instruction section is added as part of adding support for
installation of OCP on AWS with remote workers on AWS Outposts
There are no specific code changes done for this in the installer code,
therefore this installation process must include manual actions by the
user, include:
* Use pre-created VPC and Subnets
* Change Storage type
* Modify MTU
