ff6fb920bc Add provider network incompatibility warning to all OSP installation assemblies 
This commit adds a statement to all OSP installation assemblies that warns
readers that OCP on OSP does not currently support provider networks.

Resolves GH-28556.

98e105bb51 Add prerequisite to enable ImageStream for must-gather image on restricted network 
If the mirror registry is configured with trusted CA, it needs to add it to the image CA bundle in order to use the image through ImageStream.

- Remove FIP config mod from OSP install assemblies

- Generalize 'Enabling access' OSP mod

- Add DNS note to no-FIP OSP module

- Add /etc/hosts note to FIPless mod

- Add osp_bootstrap_fip to no-floating mod

- Add UPI bootstrap FIP to floating mod

- Add IPI externalNetwork note to fipless module
