8139eaf5bd Update cluster-logging-visualizer.adoc 
The URL for the Kibana documentation points to version 5.6, which is EOL.  OpenShift 4.5 appears to be using Kibana 6.8.

9e6538e5b5 modules/cluster-logging-collector-collector: Remove unused module 
This was added in 83e613048a (changed fluentd in files to collector,
2019-09-26, #16898) with a commented-out consumer in
logging/config/cluster-logging-collector.adoc.  No need to drag it, or
that commented-out refernence, around.
