Add 'Updating the boot loader on RHCOS nodes using bootupd' to update section
...
- Fix issues with the bootupd section: Correct terms, commands and
details regarding how `bootupd` works.
- Use a Butane config to generate the MachineConfig.
- Moves the boot loader update content to a dedicated page in the update
section and removes it from the installation pages.

Refresh cluster network configuration
...
The configuration for this is unwieldy. As additional fields are
added, this becomes increasingly difficult to maintain. And the
installation procedure is needlessly confusing. So this introduces:
- An updated procedure for creating a manifest
- A table-based presentation of the CNO object
- Ancillary materials as might be necessary

Eventually these fields were added into the following module:
modules/installation-configuration-parameters.adoc
It is easier to drop the older module than excise it from the
aforementioned module.
