** Create the private dns zone that will link the googleapis.com requests to the custom endpoint ip address. This should capture the requests to the default endpoints and re route them. A 'A' Record is created in the new private zone to link the googleapis.com to the PSC IP Address. A 'CNAME' Record is create in the new private zone to link *.googleapis.com to the 'A' Record. Removing the infrastructure service endpoints. Removing the cloud config service endpoints. Changing over all instances of ServiceEndpoints to use the Single Endpoint.
