89fee07439 MAINTAINERS: move jonboulle to EMERITUS 
Glad to have been part of this project, but it's time to recuse myself
from maintainership and make way for folks more active and engaged in
this space. Follows #1177.

340d1e0274 MAINTAINERS: add Keyang Xie 
@xiekeyang has been involved and actively interested get the overall
quality and testing improved for the image-spec.

I'm for enabling this work to continue now as we have the v1.0.0 out and
the work for the certification working group will rely on this continued
focus.

10aedd0e2d MAINTAINERS: add Aleksa Sarai 
Aleksa has been invaluable in both feedback, brainstorming and
fixes/features all the way through the stack.
