A first round of cleaning up the existing content so that it makes
sense in the new structure.
Still need to add more howto guides and fix more of the existing
content, but with the current changes, the new structure can be
published.

This commit only moves content to different files and creates
a new structure. References are updated to new locations, and
redirects added for deleted files.
There are no changes to the content, so all text is as it was.
