Neither architectures nor cloud-init are related to images - move
them to sections where they fit better.
No content changes, only moving the pages.

A first round of cleaning up the existing content so that it makes
sense in the new structure.
Still need to add more howto guides and fix more of the existing
content, but with the current changes, the new structure can be
published.
