bc1dd4f8e2 Revert "Replace gopkg.in/yaml.v2 with github.com/goccy/go-yaml" 
This reverts commit 50d870b025.

We have seen widespread image build failures following this change.
Clearly this alternative YAML parser isn't one for one compatible with
our current one.

gopkg.in/antchfx/htmlquery.v1 v1.2.2 is affected by GO-2024-3333,
bumping to v.1.3.4 fixes the security issue.

on `docker-http` sourcer. The schema v1
seems no more supported by public Docker Hub.
