sbk173 20eb810faa Enhancement: Ability to specify which bricks to read from in an EC setup (#4496) ...

Allows client to specify which bricks to read from in an erasure coded setup.
This can be done by setiing an extended attribute glusterfs.ec.readmask
with value as colon separated brick numbers.
