This patch adds a new directory "Workflow-Guide" and few files were added to it which were more alligned to workflows rather than developer-guide. These files were copied from "https://github.com/gluster/glusterfs/tree/master/doc/developer-guide" index.md and mkdocs.yml were also updated to reflect the change.
