N Balachandran c8f06a6f77 glusterdocs: CLI Reference ...

Introduced a CLI Reference page.This currently includes
only the peer and volume create/config commands.
Additional work is required for gluster feature commands such as
snapshot, geo-rep etc. I would like some feedback on this before
proceeding with those.
Removed Administrator Guide/Console.md
