b6407b69d6 Updated the release notes 9.0 
In order for the storage.linux-io_uring option to work, in addition to
having a linux kernel >=5.1, we must also have liburing installed.
Otherwise, the glusterfs bricks will fall back to using normal I/O.

86fd1dd898 Changed menu look and updated release notes 8.1 
The Release notes section of the menu has a heading
for each release which can be expanded to see the
different release versions available for that release.

Also updated the release notes with the links to
available builds.
