133520a770 Add missing doc for trash translator 
Admin guide for trash feature was already present from the time it
was accepted to 3.7 release and is available under gluster-specs.

https://github.com/gluster/glusterfs-specs/blob/master/done/Features/trash_xlator.md

But due to revamp done to readthedocs this was not migrated to
exact location.

932bf97290 Re-adding workflow documents 
This patch adds a new directory "Workflow-Guide"
and few files were added to it which were more
alligned to workflows rather than developer-guide.

These files were copied from
"https://github.com/gluster/glusterfs/tree/master/doc/developer-guide"

index.md and mkdocs.yml were also updated to reflect the change.
