2efa9a242e doc: update docs for volume options (#638) 
* doc: update docs for volume options

There are around 340+ options. I have included the most used,
enabled by default, majorly affects the volumes or have been
facing issues recently. The 1st patch deals with prefix 'cluster.'
options. If I have missed any imp option please highlight or any
unnecessary options is added.

Owning to the huge list I move forward by creating a seperate md
file for vol options. More commits to follow. Just divided to make
review easy and quick.

e4af4b6577 add hook scripts link to mkdocs.yml (#598) 
Forgot to add the link to the yml file for PR #597 because of which it
does not appear in the side bar, though the content is visible at
https://docs.gluster.org/en/latest/Administrator%20Guide/Hook-scripts/.

86fd1dd898 Changed menu look and updated release notes 8.1 
The Release notes section of the menu has a heading
for each release which can be expanded to see the
different release versions available for that release.

Also updated the release notes with the links to
available builds.
