01f37f5afc add fuse-devel 
Adding fuse-devel as a build requirement. 
Otherwise, Gluster build fails saying fuse-devel required.

Observed in centos-7

make a MitM attack quite trivial.

358ca3e4d1 Release Process: inform the packagers mailinglist, not individuals 
There is a packagers mailinglist that should be used to inform the
package maintainers that a new release is available. The package
maintainers can then update the packages for the distribution(s) they
work on.
