This commit reverts the following changes, which are not compatible with
GlusterFS-5.0.

- pmap/firewalld: Reconcile ports on firewalld reload (fb69911ab1)
- Notify firewalld over dbus to open/close brick ports (d6d789673e)
- doc: Add firewall configuration for ports used by bricks (39fc7ab064)
- pmap: Let brick choose it's own port (a00ca91d2f)
