Chun-Hung Tseng b704bec5e4 scripts: add support for MacOS in update_go_workspace.sh
Add OS detection for sed in-place editing (BSD vs GNU) to use a
portable sed insert syntax with literal newlines.

Also, replace `dirname -z` (GNU-specific) with while-read loop
