vendor: update to use vmware libraries
...
Originally vmware did not publish these libraries, a vmware developer
sigma did. They've been published for quite some time. Switch to those
libraries instead of the outdated ones.

With the release of golang 1.12 go modules have been improved in
preparation for being the new default in golang 1.13.

glide/vendor: update transient dependencies

the subsequent commits will contain vendor changes, so update the
transient dependencies that aren't pinned.
