d6b2e83a49 README: drop references to ignition-dracut and spec2x branch
spec2x was officially deprecated in August 2020 and has no remaining
users. Continue to reference it in the migration guide and spec list, but
drop it from the README.

The ignition-dracut merge was released in July 2020. Drop it from the
README.

99e86d5e06 readme: move Flatcar to main branch
With latest Flatcar release, `main` branch of Ignition has landed on
`stable` channel.

Some patches are used on top of it to ensure
backward compatibility between with v1 and v2 spec with `ign-converter`.

6575b284e6 README.md: add details about dracut and branches here
Make it easier to understand how this repo relates to ignition-dracut,
and how the branches relate to FCOS/RHCOS.

Slightly rework first paragraph to include FCOS and RHCOS.

e7e7aa2172 *: drop networkd section
Drop the networkd section from spec 3.0. networkd is not as widespread
as systemd and everything done in this section can be accomplished in
the files section.
