Remove test cases that only tested CNI-specific functionality:
- Remove "podman --cni-config-dir backwards compat" test
- Remove "podman CNI network create with internal should not have dnsname" test
Update CNI-specific test names to be network-backend agnostic:
- Rename "podman inspect container single CNI network" to "podman inspect container single network"
- Rename "podman inspect container two CNI networks (container not running)" to "podman inspect container two networks (container not running)"
- Rename "podman inspect container two CNI networks" to "podman inspect container two networks"
- Rename "podman run in custom CNI network with --static-ip" to "podman run in custom network with --static-ip"
- Rename "podman rootless cni adds /usr/sbin to PATH" to "podman rootless adds /usr/sbin to PATH"
Update test content to be backend-agnostic:
- Update skip reasons from "Requires root CNI networking" to "Requires root networking"
- Change --rootless-cni flag usage to --rootless-netns
- Update comments from "CNI network" to "network"
- Update comments from "iptables" to "nftables" for netavark
- Update test assertions to remove CNI-specific messaging
Remove CNI-related test documentation and comments:
- Remove commented-out CNI error messages from Python API tests
- Remove CNI network namespace error documentation from upgrade tests
- Remove CNI-related comments from BATS tests
Remove unused import of github.com/containernetworking/plugins/pkg/ns
from test/e2e/run_networking_test.go (test-only usage).

This commit implements the --replace functionality for the artifact add command,
allowing users to replace existing artifacts without having to manually remove
them first.
Changes made:
- Add Replace field to ArtifactAddOptions entity types
- Add --replace CLI flag with validation to prevent conflicts with --append
- Implement replace logic in ABI backend to remove existing artifacts before adding
- Update API handlers and tunnel implementation for podman-remote support
- Add comprehensive documentation and examples to man page
- Add e2e and system BATS tests for --replace functionality
- Fix code formatting in pkg/bindings/artifacts/types_pull_options.go:
* Reorder imports with proper spacing
* Fix function declaration spacing
* Convert spaces to proper tab indentation
* Remove extraneous blank lines
The --replace option follows the same pattern as other podman replace options
like 'podman container create --replace' and 'podman pod create --replace'.
It gracefully handles cases where no existing artifact exists (no error thrown).
Usage examples:
podman artifact add --replace quay.io/myimage/artifact:latest /path/to/file
podman artifact add --replace localhost/test/artifact /tmp/newfile.txt

Prior to this commit `artifact remove --all` was not supported on remote
clients.
This patch adds a new artifact API endpoint `artifact/remove` which can
either take a list of artifacts to remove or remove all artifacts by
setting all=true.
This patch removes the temporary warning message in the tunnel interface
implementation of ArtifactRm if `--all` was passed on the command line
and uses the new `artifact/remove` endpoint.
This patch also updates the `artifact remove` command both remote and
local to accept a list of artifacts to remove rather than limiting to
just one.

Add the Go bindings implementation necessary to support Artifacts.
Implement the tunnel interface that consumes the Artifacts Go bindings.
With this patch, users of the Podman remote clients will now be able to
manage OCI artifacts via the Podman CLI and Podman machine.

This patch adds a new endpoint to the REST API called "artifacts" with
the following methods:
- Add
- Extract
- Inspect
- List
- Pull
- Push
- Remove
This API will be utilised by the Podman bindings to add OCI Artifact
support to our remote clients.

The Docker `-XDELETE image/$name?force=true` endpoint only removes
containers using an image if they are in a non running state.
In Podman, when forcefully removing images we also forcefully delete
containers using the image including running containers.
This patch changes the Docker image force delete compat API to act like the
Docker API while maintaining commands like `podman rmi -f $imagename`
It also corrects the API return code returned when an image is requested
to be deleted with running containers using it.

The test was added in commit 1424f0958f, it can flake because the
attach test needs the message in the log. On slow CI systems this can
take longer. Add a retry logic which checks the container log every
second for up to 5 seconds. That should be plenty of time.

When we read logs there can be full or partial lines, when it is full we
need to append a newline, thus the message length must be incremented by
one.

Starting the podman service in debug-mode causes aardvark to run in
debug mode. This does unexpected things with file-descriptors leading
to a test-hang. Thanks to @Luap99 for the fix.

Since this option will also be used for netavark we should rename it to

Waiting on an initialized sync.WaitGroup returns immediately.
Hence, move the goroutine to wait and close *after* reading
the logs.

podman inspect shows the healthcheck status in `.State.Healthcheck`,
docker uses `.State.Health`. To make sure docker scripts work we
should add the `Health` key. Because we do not want to display both keys
by default we only use the new `Health` key. This is a breaking change
for podman users but matches what docker does. To provide some form of
compatibility users can still use `--format {{.State.Healthcheck}}`. IT
is just not shown by default.

Compat healthcheck tests are of the format []string but podman's were of
the format string. Converted podman's to []string at the specgen level since it has the same effect
and removed the incorrect parsing of compat healthchecks.

Refactor podman commands that have drifted from using
c/common report pkg. Report pkg is needed to implement
go template functions.
Removed obsolete code from podman which exists in c/common.
Latest template library added default newlines and method to
remove them. Incorporated needed changes in c/common PR below.
